About DMF 9 update

DMF 9 includes support for Nested Hubsites.

This update also includes important under-the-hood performance and security enhancements and drops support for Office 2013 and SharePoint 2013.

Deprecated Settings

  • Disable Auto Check Out On Open (DisableAutoCheckOutOnOpen). Use new per-application Auto check-out options. 

New Settings

  • Auto check-out Excel documents on open (AutoCheckOutExcelWorkbooksOnOpen)
  • Auto check-out PowerPoint documents on open (AutoCheckOutPowerPointPresentationsOnOpen)
  • Auto check-out Word documents on open (AutoCheckOutWordDocumentsOnOpen)
