Currently R/C Standardise only sets the content type, email metadata and filename based on Outlook naming convention. It needs to enhanced so that if organisations need to convert from MSG to EML or from EML to MSG the process should only be a right click away.  

 

We have customers who are MSG centric (1000's views that don't EML) and the change to the default to be EML has created issues.
