(DMF) Improvement to the R/C filter that will allow users to filter by multiple sites and libraries

DMF currently only supports Filtering by a single Site or Library when the Filter Sites and Libraries feature is used. It would be ideal if multiple sites or libraries could be filtered at the same time with the following structure perhaps:
