Setting To Change How Favorites Name Field is Filled Out

Is it possible to have a setting that would allow the dialog box that comes up when you add a favorite to only have the folder name rather than the subfolders? For example in the image below could it just show Accounting without the  Admin -  

A client was requesting this where he has fairly long paths and he has to erase everything. Thanks
