The Send and Save button in Outlook is very useful when I want to save an email I am composing, but most often I am working on only a few different SharePoint locations in any given day and having to wait for the save dialog to load, then switch to Recents mode each time when sending a lot of emails can be a bit slow.

It would be a really nice feature if my most recently used locations where accessible directly from the 'Send and Save' button (similar to how CEF present the 10 most recent locations when using Tag & Save).   If the user then wants a location other than these they can select an option to do so.
