Adding "ConfigurationDataMaxItemCount " and "ConfigurationDataRefreshCronInterval" to ADMX

From our research and testing, the only way to update the "ConfigurationDataMaxItemCount " and "ConfigurationDataRefreshCronInterval" is via a registry change or Central Configuration setting. Could we get this added to the ADMX?
