Duplicate emails with auto filings

When Managed Filing is used for incoming and outgoing it results in duplicate emails. The outgoing email is filed with the time stamp of the workstation while the income is has a date stamp of the mail server.

  Are there any plans to resolve this because I reconfigured the environment to allow for managed filing but found out this today?
