The Options dialog contains various settings that are used when running Standardiser.
Email Tab
Email settings
| Standardise emails | Uses the default MacroView DMF / Message email naming convention when processing emails. |
| Restandardise emails | Reprocessing of emails. |
| Trim single line of text field values | Setting to trim values that exceed 255 characters for SLT fields. |
| Email filename format | Define the file name of a saved email. Email format options. |
| Email content type | Name of the content type to use when standardising |
| Email properties | Allows automatically captured email properties to be mapped to custom fields. |
Library Tab
Library settings
| Add email content type to library | Required content type to standardise emails (content type is required at the Site level) |
| Add email view to library | Adding an Email view to the library |
| Email view name | Name of the created view |
| Libraries to ignore | Libraries that will not be loaded and standardised |
Important: for the libraries to ignore setting, each library title must be on a separate line. You will encounter an error if multiple library titles are on the same line.
Site Collection Tab

Advanced Tab
Advanced settings
| Disable automatic list filtering | If libraries are not displayed after loading a Site or Subsite URL.
This setting will turn off the following built-in list filters:
