If you have multiple SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) tenants that are licensed to use MacroView ClauseBank, you can access all of them in the same ClauseBank session when Modern Authentication has been enabled.  If Modern Authentication is disabled you can access only a single SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) tenant.

Adding a SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) tenant

To access multiple SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) tenants, add each as a separate desired location and sign into each with the appropriate account.

Once each SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) tenant has been added you can use all standard ClauseBank functionality.

Checking who you are logged into as on each tenant

You can confirm which account is signed into each SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) location by right-clicking the top-level node in the Insert Clause window.

To sign in as a different user, right click on the top-level node, select the current user and choose Sign in with a different account.
