Something went wrong adding MacroView Mail to a Shared Mailbox on iOS or Android

When adding MacroView Mail to a shared mailbox account on Outlook for iOS or Android, you may receive an error 'Something went wrong - We're sorry we were unable to update the status of "MacroView Mail" for the account <account>...'.

Add-ins are not yet supported for Shared Mailboxes in Outlook mobile for iOS/Android. 

To use MacroView Mail with a shared mailbox, you will need to use Outlook on Windows, Mac or the web.
