MacroView DMS Next has two license types:
-
Trial license: Allows end users free and unlimited access to DMS Next for 30 days. Once the trial period has elapsed, the app will be disabled and a paid license is required for continued use.
This license is automatically applied to the end user's Microsoft account when selecting the "Start free trial" button on the app landing page. -
Paid license: Allows users unlimited access to DMS Next for the duration of the license period. To purchase a paid license, go to MacroView - Purchase a License, fill out and submit the form, and a team member will be in contact to confirm your license requirements.
After you have received a license, it can be activated on the DMS Next landing page or the Options tab if you have an active trial license.
Once the license is activated, other end users in your organisation can install and use DMS Next immediately without inputting a key. The number of users allowed to install and use DMS Next is determined by the number of unique seats purchased by your organisation.
To learn how to manage your license, including how to see other MacroView licenses associated with your organisation and how to view active users, see Managing MacroView licenses.
