If you have multiple SharePoint Online (Office 365) tenancies that are licensed to use MacroView DMS or DMS Pro, you can access all of them in the same DMS session when Modern Authentication has been enabled. If Modern Authentication is disabled, you can access only a single SharePoint Online (Office 365) tenancy.
Adding a SharePoint Online (Office 365) tenancy
To access multiple SharePoint Online (Office 365) tenancies, add each as a separate server and sign into each with the appropriate account.

Once each SharePoint Online (Office 365) tenancy has been added you can use all standard DMS functionality including:
- Browsing and filtering the structure
- Opening and saving documents
- Moving and copying files between tenancies
Checking who you are logged into as on each tenancy
You can confirm what account is signed into each SharePoint Online (Office 365) tenancy by right-clicking on the tenancy node in the DMS tree view.
To sign in as a different user, right click on the tenancy node and select the current user, then select Sign in with a different account
