MacroView DMS can be configured to show the home page of the selected SharePoint site in the central file list pane in Microsoft Outlook.

How to enable site home pages

This feature is disabled by default because in order to enable it you must also enable the use of Roaming Folder Home pages in Outlook. Before making this change you should carefully consider the security implications of enabling Roaming Folder Home pages in Outlook.  See this article for more information.

• Uncheck the Disable navigation to Site homepage in Outlook setting under DMS options. 

• Enable Roaming Folder home pages in Outlook (your computer administrator may need to do this), by setting the EnableRoamingFolderHomepages key to 1 in the following registry key for your version of Office.

Note: If you enable site home page navigation in DMS without also enabling Roaming Folder Home pages in Outlook, you will encounter errors when selecting sites and may see no files in the file list in versions of MacroView DMS prior to 8.4.1317
