Subscription options
MacroView Mail has two license options — Free and Corporate.
To view information on your current license status see License Information
Free
A free license allows users to make up to 15 saves per 30 days to SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive. It also allows you to insert unlimited files as attachments or links from these services when using Outlook on the web or the desktop versions for Windows and Mac.
When saving an email, the number of remaining saves available in the current 30-day period is shown at the bottom of the screen.
Each 30-day period commences from when the first email is saved and resets every 30 days. Users cannot save further emails once the 15 saves have been used until that 30-day period has elapsed or a Corporate license is purchased.
The free license includes basic support with free access to all tutorials and support articles on the MacroView Help Center.
Corporate
A Corporate license includes all the functionality of the free version with the following additional features:
- Unlimited saves: Allows users in your organisation to save unlimited emails to SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive.
- Push Favourites: Automatically create and deploy favourite shortcuts for users by managing favourites in a subscription list in SharePoint.
- Premium support: Includes access to the MacroView Help Centre and premium customer support via support requests and email.
