When saving and inserting files using MacroView Mail, you can use search to quickly find files or locations rather than selecting a favorite, recent file/location, or browsing the sites and libraries.
To search for a location:
- Open MacroView Mail
- Select a Location to search (i.e. OneDrive, Teams or SharePoint)
- Select the search box, and enter your search terms
- Press enter to see matching results
From the resulting locations, you can navigate further to find other locations, or select the save icon to save to that location.
If you have searched for files, select the ellipses icon to the right of the file to insert it as an attachment or a link, or select the file name to insert it into an email.
