In MacroView DMF and Message version 8.6.103 and later the Email Filing Rule settings have relocated from the DMF Options dialog to the Tools group on the MacroView ribbon in Outlook.
The options to Automatically file received emails and Automatically file sent emails setting that were previously on the Options dialog.

Are now located on the Email Filing Rules dialog in Outlook.
- Click on the MacroView ribbon
- Select Email Filing Rules
- In the Received Rules tab, the Automatically file received emails checkbox is displayed at the bottom left. You mark this checkbox to enable Received Rules.
- In the Sent Rules tab, the Automatically file sent emails checkbox is displayed at the bottom left. You mark this checkbox to enable Sent Rules.
- In the Corporate Rules tab, the Enable corporate rules checkbox is displayed at the bottom left. You mark this checkbox to enable Corporate Email Filing Rules (CEF).
- Click OK to apply settings.
Each checkbox must be ticked to activate each type of rules.
