Display Create Folder button

Display Create Document Set button
Shows the Create Document Set option on the file list toolbar New button and on the tree view right click menu when a document library or folder is selected, provided the featured has not been disabled on the SharePoint library.
Display Create Library button
Shows the Create New Library option on the tree view right click menu when a site is selected.
Delete local file on successful upload
When this option is enabled, files are deleted from Windows when they are successfully uploaded to SharePoint using SharePoint Upload and by dragging and dropping into MacroView DMF Explorer.
Inform of successful save
When this option is enabled, MacroView DMF displays a message to inform the user that a message or document was successfully saved to SharePoint.
Show upload progress
When this option is enabled, MacroView DMF displays a message to inform the user that a message or document was successfully saved to SharePoint.
Remove invalid characters when uploading
Automatically removes invalid characters from the file name when uploading characters like # & ! @ . The unstripped filename will be recorded in OriginalFileName column if it is present in the destination Content Type. If your version of SharePoint 2016, 2019 or SharePoint Online supports # and % characters
these characters will not be stripped.
Show 'Office Document' option on New menu
When this option is enabled, the New button in MacroView DMF 8.8 or later will include an option to create new documents based on Office templates located in the Shared Template Path. If no Shared Template Path has been set then a set of default templates is displayed.
Show Link and Content Type Template Options on New Menu
Option to disable the 'New' link and new document in the new drop down that is available on the file list
When this option is disabled, the New button in MacroView DMF 8.9.784 or later will not include the options to create a new Link or new documents based on content types.
When saving a Document, prompt for
Determines when the profiling dialog will be displayed when saving documents. The option can be set to all required and optional properties (default), only required properties, only required properties with no default values or only required and optional properties with no default value. Language
This setting allows you to specify the language used for the user interface.
Offline Location
This setting allows you to specify the location that MacroView will download files to when you take them offline. This folder can be on the Desktop, in the user’s My Documents or the local synchronisation folder for your cloud service provider such as OneDrive or DropBox. Sub-folders will be created in here corresponding to document libraries for which Take Offline is used.
Use DMF Take Offline
MacroView DMF by default uses OneDrive for Business for working offline. Enabling this setting makes DMF Take Offline the default functionality.
Recent Items - Maximum Recent Files
This setting determines how many recent files are kept.
Recent Items - Manage recent items - Clear All
Clicking this button will clear out the entire MacroView DMF recent file history information.
Recent Items - Manage recent items - Leave Last 30/90 days
Clicking this button will clear out files from the MacroView DMF recent file history that haven’t been accessed using the last 30/90 days.
Favourites - Perform periodic clean-up
Reduce the size of the Favorites.xml file on a periodic basis by collapsing expansions that have not been used recently. This avoids degraded performance cause by excessively large Favorites.xml. The default period is 30 days.

Sync and backup favourites to OneDrive and with other MacroView Products.
Favourites - Remote location of synced favourites
Specify the remote location to Sync and backup favorites.
Search - Use client side search mask for on-premises SharePoint servers
Use the client side search mask location to obtain the search panels for all on-premises SharePoint servers.
Search - Client side search mask location
Select the location where your client side search mask is stored. If a location is provided DMF will copy the search mask file from this location to the local computer each time the DMF local service is started or the search masks are manually refreshed. If the location is left blank or you do not have access to the
specified location DMF will continue to use the previous local copy or create a new default mask file if one does not already exist. Click here for more information.
Bulk Operations - Enable folder drag and drop
Allow to drag and drop an entire folder or group of folders to from a file share to SharePoint.
Bulk Operations - Block upload if maximum file count is exceeded
Prevent the bulk operation if there are more items selected than the Maximum file count. When it is unchecked DMF displays a warning message asking the user to confirm that they want to proceed.

Set the maximum number of files you can upload to SharePoint using MacroView DMF at one time. By default the maximum file count is 30.
