Outlook
Enable email addendums
Adds an addendum (additional text signature) to the end of an email when it is saved from Outlook to SharePoint using MacroView DMF.
Clicking on the hyperlink will open the library wherein the message is saved.
When MacroView DMF or Message 8.6 or later is installed, this setting is usually turned off as the email save location is automatically added as an Outlook category.
Add save location category to saved emails
This setting allows the user to add/remove the location URL in the category when saving an email.
Delete emails on save to SharePoint
MacroView DMF will automatically delete emails from Microsoft Outlook after they have been successfully saved to SharePoint using drag and drop.
Reuse email properties to apply to attachments
Email attachments that are saved to SharePoint by clicking the Save Attachments button or by draga na dropping them from Outlook will be saved with the metadata of the email, such as To, From, Sent On, Importance, Sensitivity etc. provided the Email content type is defined and available in the destination library.
Don't overwrite existing messages
MacroView will check if the same email has already been saved to this location and will not save it again and the yellow Saved to SharePoint category will just be applied to the email in Outlook
If this setting is not ticked MacroView will attempt to save the email to this location. If the email already exists in this location, the user will be given the option to replace it and the yellow Saved to SharePoint category will be applied to the email in Outlook if you replace it.
This setting should be ticked to create a zero-profiling experience for saving email.
Save on Send

This setting has no affect when using MacroView DMF 8.5 or later unless Outlook security has been configured to EnableRoamingFolderHomepages.
Disable preview pane in Outlook

This setting can also be toggled using the Preview button on the file list toolbar
Disable Upload Offline Emails button
Removes the Upload Offline Emails button for the MacroView tab in Outlook.
Create MAPI folders for favorites
When a MacroView DMF Favorite is added a corresponding folder will be created in the Mail Folders area within the folder in Outlook. These folders are visible on when using Outlook Web Access or a mobile device so you can commence the saving of emails when you do not have MacroView DMF available . The email save process is then completed when next you log into your Microsoft Outlook desktop running MacroView DMF.
An even better way to save emails and attachments to, or insert files as attachments from, Microsoft Teams, Office 365 and OneDrive for Business from Outlook Web Access or any device running the Outlook App (iOS, Android, macOS etc.) is to install MacroView Mail. You can download a free version of MacroView Mail from Microsoft AppSource
Remove S/MIME Encryption from emails on save
If the user has the required certificate S/MIME encryption will be removed from the email before it is saved to SharePoint.

Save emails in EML format
Changes the format of emails saved to SharePoint when using DMF or Message from *.msg to *.eml.
