Once a migration package is ready to go, right click it and select Run:
This will immediately begin processing and, if required, display an authentication dialog to allow the user to sign in to the destination SharePoint server. A progress dialog is then displayed:
Clicking Cancel or dismissing the progress dialog will immediately cancel the migration operation.
When complete, click Done
Run a Batch Migration
It's likely that you will want to divide the migration job into batches to improve performance and simplify error checking during your migration. MacroView Migrator offers a tool to help with this called Run batch.
To access Run batch right click on your package and click Run batch:
You can now enter a number of Source and Destination Paths. Note that you can have multiple Source Paths with the same Destination Path if needed.
You can also use the Import CSV button to select a CSV saved locally which contains a list of Source and Destination Paths. This can be useful if you have a list of Source and Destination Paths generated by some other means such as an export of all your Outlook Public Folders.
The CSV must be only 2 columns, with the headings Source Path and Destination Path respectively. Please find a sample CSV file here.
Once you have finished entering or importing your Source and Destination Paths you can run the batch migration by clicking the Run button.
