You can run your first migration in minutes, by following these simple steps.
Install MacroView Migrator
Download the software installation MSI and run the installer on your PC. You don't need to be an Administrator to install or use MacroView Migrator. After the installation completes, you can find MacroView Migrator on the Start menu.
Create a Basic Package
Click the 'New' button and choose the 'Quick Start Package (library and folders)' template. This template is preconfigured with the necessary settings and workflow to migrate Outlook folders and their contents to a destination SharePoint site.
Enter a name for the package and click the 'Source location' ellipses to select a source Outlook folder (ensure Outlook is running before attempting to select a folder).
If you would prefer to migrate from a local folder change the Source type dropdown value to 'File System' then click the ellipses to select a source folder.
Enter the 'Destination path' to the SharePoint site where you would like the document library to be created and the source content migrated. This value should contain the decoded URL. For more information, see About Decoded URLs.
Click 'OK' to create the package.
If not using the quick start package
Run the Migration Package
Right-click the package and select 'Run'. This will display a confirmation prompt; select 'Yes' to confirm you would like to run the package. When prompted, sign in with an account that has Full Control permissions to the destination path.
The migration progress is displayed while the package is running. Once complete click 'Done' to return to the main packages view. Migration results can be reviewed by double clicking the package and selecting the 'Logs' tab.
