The following right-click shortcuts are available when selecting a category (e.g. My OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Teams), or any other node in the tree view:

• Search this Location: Search mode will use this URL to narrow search results. See more...
• Find a Location: Search for a location within the selected URL. See more...
• Filter: Prompts the user to refine and restrict contents based on keywords and other criteria. See more...
• Collapse All: Minimises all expanded child nodes.
• Navigate to URL: Enter the URL address will navigate to that location. See more...
• Refresh: Reloads the selected location and fetches any changes.

In addition to the options available in the Category node, the following right-click options are available when selecting a SharePoint hub site:

• Open in SharePoint: Opens the SharePoint location in your default browser.
• Share Link: Share a link to the location and add a message with a user or group in Microsoft Teams. See more...
• Copy Link: Copy the link to your clipboard.
• Send As: Composes a new Outlook email and inserts a link to the location.

In addition to the options available above, the following right-click options are available when selecting a SharePoint site/Teams site:

• New Document Library: Utilises MacroView Provisioner to create a new document library that contains the MacroView columns and content types required to capture document and email metadata. For more information, see About MacroView Provisioner.
• Add to Favorites: Adds the location to the Favorites category of the tree view.

In addition to the options available above, the following right-click options are available when selecting a SharePoint document library:

• Create New: Shows available folders, document sets or files the user can create in the document library, if they are configured and have permission to do so. See more...
• Upload files: Launches the file browser on your device, allowing you to select files to upload to the chosen location.

In addition to the options available above, the following right-click options are available when selecting a SharePoint folder/document set:

• Options: Provides additional options to:
  • Cut
  • Copy
  • Rename
  • Delete
• Edit Properties: Update metadata properties associated with the chosen folder or document set.

The following right-click options are available when selecting the Recents category: 

• Collapse All: Minimises all expanded child nodes.

• Reload Tree: Reloads the selected location and fetches any changes.

The following right-click options are available when selecting the Favorites category: 

• New Group: Create a new group to store favorites.
• Collapse All: Minimises all expanded child nodes.

• Refresh: Reloads the selected location and fetches any changes.

In addition to the right-click options available in the Favorites category, the following right-click options are available when selecting a Favorites group: 

• Move Group: Move the group to a different level.
• Rename: Change the name of the group.
• Delete: Remove the group.
