Initial report | 14 Oct 2026
MacroView is aware of a number of issues affecting our software products across multiple customer environments. We have investigated the cause of these issues and traced them to unexpected behaviour in the SharePoint Online REST API, a core Microsoft resource that MacroView products rely on. We understand other software vendors are also being affected by these issues.
We have raised these issues with Microsoft, and they advise that they are actively working on replicating and resolving this issue. We are investigating potential options to minimise customer impact while Microsoft rectifies the underlying issue. However, due to the nature of these issues, our ability to effect a meaningful improvement is limited.
We recognise the disruption this is causing and are treating this as a priority.
