Disable protected mode message in Adobe Reader DC

MacroView Support

MacroView DMF v9.1 or later has added Protected mode supported.

Enable Protected Mode on start up is no longer required to be unticked to used MacroView DMF add-ins.

Issue

Selecting the Save to SharePoint or Open from SharePoint option in Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat displays the following message.

Resolution

In Adobe Reader, choose Edit --> Preferences --> Security (Enhanced) untick Enable Protected Mode at startup

Alternatively it can be set via the following registry key:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\###\Privileged]

"bProtectedMode"=dword:00000000
