Our team have received various reports of emails when opened from MacroView DMS that the emails are being added to the user's Outlook inbox. This issue is not the result of a bug or undocumented feature of the MacroView software.
Note: This is known to occur even if MacroView was not installed.
We have investigated and based on our findings the following add-ins may cause this issue, please disable them if they are enabled in your Outlook:
- Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin
- Adobe Send & Track for Microsoft Office – Acrobat
- Adobe Document Cloud for Microsoft Outlook - Acrobat
