The view you have selected contains more than 5000 items and exceeds the maximum amount of items SharePoint allows you to view at once - this is also known as the list view threshold.

To view items try selecting another view or creating a new view. You can select other views in MacroView DMS by:

In MacroView DMS 8.5. and later

1. Click the View Selector on the File List Toolbar
   
   

In MacroView DMS 8.4 and earlier

1. Outlook: Click the Home ribbon > Find the MacroView group > Click the View dropdown menu

2. DMS Explorer: Click the View ribbon > Find the Views group

If you do not have sufficient permissions to create views for this list, ask your administrator to modify the view so that it conforms to the list view threshold.

Modified File List warning

When the selected view triggers the List View Threshold in MacroView DMS 8.6.19 and later, the file list is modified to use available indexed columns so that results can be displayed.  When this occurs a "This View has been modified to accommodate the List View Threshold so that files can be shown." warning message is displayed to indicate that the file list has been modified or limited due to this condition.
