No files displayed in library that contains folders and/or document sets

Issue

When browsing a SharePoint Online library using MacroView DMS v8.5.x, no files are returned in the file list when files exist in that location (and can be seen in the SharePoint Online browser).

 

Resolution

This issue has been acknowledged in the latest release of DMS 8.5 and will be fixed in the next update.

The current solution is to disable the setting named Display folders and document sets before files in MacroView Options.

This setting is located in:

  • MacroView Options > Appearance > Display folders and document sets before files
