Keyboard input does not work on DMS search panels

Issue

Keyboard input stops working on MacroView DMS search panels.

Cause

Windows 10 update 1903 introduces support for “XAML Islands” aka support for hosting Universal Windows Platform (UWP) controls in a non-UWP application. This change impacted a 3rd party add-in used by MacroView DMS to render search panels resulting in the text controls no longer accepting keyboard input.

Solution

Upgrade to MacroView DMS 8.5.1172 which includes an updated version of the 3rd party add-in.
