Why am I unable to change the enabled state of some DMF extensions?

Any MacroView DMF or Message extensions (plug-ins) that are installed are listed on the Support tab under DMF Options.

Whether or not they are enabled is determined by the checkbox next to each extension.  

If any of the installed extensions are unlicensed*, or their state has been locked down by an administrator using Group Policy, the entire row will be disabled preventing it from being changed.

If any extension, for which you have a valid license, is unable to be changed, you should first try refreshing your license before contacting your administrator.

exclamationmark.png Important: The MacroView DMF Default Person Group and Map Folder Name to Field extensions are installed by default with MacroView DMF or Message 8.6.103 or later, however they will not function until they have been added to your DMF or Message license.
