MacroView Document and Email Management solution can be applied to any SharePoint site collection using the MacroView DMS Provisioning extension extension for MacroView DMS.

What does the MacroView Document and Email Management Solution include?
MacroView Document and Email Management includes a combination of site columns, site content types and document library designs.
The MacroView DMS Provisioning extension for MacroView DMS allow users with appropriate permissions to apply the solution to existing site collections and document libraries or to create new site collections and document libraries.
Site content types
The following site content types are included in each site collection type.
Library types
The following library types can be provisioned in each site collection type.
MacroView Documents and Emails
The default library type which is ideal for managing documents, emails and email attachments. This library type includes separate content types for documents and emails with all metadata captured automatically by default so there is no profiling when saving files. It also includes a familiar Emails view that is similar to viewing emails in Outlook and separate views for other Office and PDF document types.
This is the best library type when storing a combination of documents and emails or if you plan to add any additional custom metadata columns for documents.
MacroView Email Messages
This library type is ideal for managing emails and email attachments. This library type includes single content type for emails with all non-personal metadata captured automatically by default so there is no profiling when they are saved. It also includes a familiar Emails view that is similar to viewing emails in Outlook and an All Document view in newly created libraries for viewing email attachments.
This is a useful library type when just storing emails and their attachments and the attachments do not require any custom metadata recorded.
MacroView Document and Emails - Single Content Type
This library type suitable for managing documents, emails and email attachments. It includes a single content that includes all email and document metadata columns. It also includes a familiar Emails view that is similar to viewing emails in Outlook and separate views for other Office and PDF document types.
This library type is an alternative to the MacroView Document and Emails library when you require common custom metadata to be captured on both documents and emails.
