Additional Auto Evaluation Users
It is important to remember that your MacroView license is not tied to an individual user, but to the SharePoint Online Tenant. This means that your SharePoint environment only needs to be associated with the license key a single time i.e. the above step only needs to be done once.
Once the above step has been completed, additional users who were part of the auto evaluation process and wish to continue working with the license simply need to refresh the license on their device.
MacroView DMS - Open Outlook, go to the MacroView Section on the toolbar and select Options > Support and click on "Refresh Licenses" for the license to be update on their device
MacroView DMS Pro - Open DMS Pro, go to File > Options > Support and click on "Refresh Licenses" for the license be updated on their device.
This process is not required for users who have not been part of the auto evaluation process and who are installing and using MacroView DMS or DMS Pro once the license key has been activated.
Additional New Users
Users that do not have an existing Macroview installation after a license key is provided need to:
- Download and install the MacroView Solution from the Download Section of the HelpCentre
- Add the SharePoint tenant details
This process will automatically pick up the license key and the related expiry data.
