The Quick Search control above the tree view in Browse mode allows you to quickly locate and navigate to locations below the selected node in the tree view.
To find a location, select the tree node under which you wish to search then enter the text to search for in the search control. You can select the tenant or server node or any hub site, site, library, document set or folder to search only for items below that node.
Click on a search result (or select it using the keyboard and hit Enter) and MacroView will navigate you directly to that location in the tree view.
To clear the search result pane and return to the tree view without navigating to a different location, click the 'X' button on the search control or hit Esc.
Search Context
From MacroView DMS/DMS Pro 8.9.784 and later, search context was added to the tree view search.
A user can toggle between searching in the selected node or the entire tenant.
When 'Server' is selected, locations will be displayed from the entire tenant.
Choosing 'Selected location', results unique to that location will be displayed.
